Bolo Paleo de Banana

Bolo sem açúcar, glúten, ou adoçantes artificiais.



  1. Bata no liquidificador os ovos, as bananas, a manteiga derretida, e metade das uvas.
  2. Misture numa vasilha o côco, a farinha de amêndoas, o fermento e o restante das passas.
  3. Misture lentamente com uma colher até incorporar. Asse em forma untada com manteiga no forno médio por aproximadamente 30min ou até que fique firme.
