Pão protéico low carb.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. No processador, triture o frango (cozido na água e sal)e reserve.
  2. Separe as gemas das claras.
  3. Bata as claras em neve e reserve.
  4. Misture ao frango sal e temperos a gosto, 1/3 xíc de água e as gemas. Mexa bem.
  5. Agregue ao frango as claras em neve e por ultimo o fermento.
  6. Coloque em uma forma de silicone e leve para assar no microondas por 7-8min, ou no forno (200°C) por 25min.
