Мне кажется что как раз йогурт это самое низкокалорийное что можно придумать для заправки. Я Теос везде использую с 2 % жирностью Он на вкус почти как сметана, но калорийность намного ниже. Салат неплохой. Вечно недоедаю белка, нужно взять на заметку!
