I'm gett'in close to that under 300 mark. I'm starting to feel good. Almost better from my accident, thinking I am going to start with some walking next week got the man on board too. Knowing that I will be UNDER 300 by next week feels good. whats 2 pounds right? a little walking will make that melt off. started doing some vegetarian meals last week and I think its helping. Bought the healthy slow cooker to make my life easier and eating feels like it should. I eat and I am full. I snack on carrots and my energy levels are returning, we are laughing more at our house (which we did lots of anyway but it's on the verge of getting silly). things are good. I feel like I can do this finally. All those days of faking it till i made it have paid off. I'm finally here and know that it's all good from here. I'm determined. :)

It really does feel good on the other side of a milestone. A family secret trick for vegetarian (or meat I suppose) spagghetti sause - add a touch of cinnomin and a teaspoon of honey (or sugar). It really spruces it up. I made some with Chicken Dogs (80, 6, 0). Zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, celery, diced tomotos, and parsley are some of my favorite veggies to through in - I used to make a huge pot on sunday morning, then freeze batches to use over the next few weeks. If you put enough veggies in it - you can get away without the pasta even - and fat free cottage cheese tasts good with it too. When I was a full vegetarian, I used to put lentils in - but its not to everyones taste.

Thanks guys!! Oddly enough, the encouragement feels REALLY good this time around. I think that means I am on the way to loving myself which means I am going to be successful. :)
