I have been feeling bad... staying on the food plan only part of the time.. so to have a stay the same is good really.. I will do better this week.. and I will stay on track...
173.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You had such good result when you stuck to it in the beginning. Let that motivate you to get back with it. I think that viewing this as a lifestyle change that will greatly benefit your health can really help with motivation. Good luck to you!
