45% Holy crap! that was all in one day. I'm kind of worried about it because my body fat percentage looks higher than it has been in a while. I'll have to look back through my journal. I don't want to make my calorie deficit too big so that I am losing muscles and not fat! I was hungry a lot yesterday... wasn't going extra low-cal on purpose, just didn't have a lot of snacks around.

195.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.3 lb a week

Friend, don't put much stock in those fat percentage numbers, I just read a report that the top 10 scales failed the accuracy test, and in fact, reported the percentage of body fat as HIGHER than it actually was! Now, doesn't that make you feel better?? :)
