Always happy when weight comes down. However I am feeling rundown and tired. Not sure why I took a rest day yesterday slept earlier than usual so do not know what happened. I have measured my blood ketones and they are at 2.1 mmol/L which is good. I will have a bit of white tea mixed with green just in case its a bug. I find white tea tends to fix little illnesses. Will see how I go.
255.1 lb Lost so far: 84.7 lb.    Still to go: 63.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
