I'm glad to have a large buffer zone again, but I think I got carried away. I am so worried that I will gain the weight back, that I over compensated when I had a gain, but still stayed under goal, last week. I will increase my calories this week and continue to monitor my progress. Every time I have lost significant weight in the past, I celebrated by eating all the things I had avoided during 'the diet'. Because I lost weight this time by just eating smaller, healthy, but normal' food, I wasn't deprived of anything and haven't had the urge to binge. I think that has helped with maintenance. I have only maintained for 5 months so far. I still have a long way to go. Hope everyone has a great week!
118.7 lb Lost so far: 77.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do the same thing, Worry about weight gain, I keep under goal, so if I want something I just eat it, and then if weight creeps up, start on plan again, good luck on maintenance. Please join our group, if you have not already don so, on here the maintainers !!

IMHO, maintenance calls the same amount of tracking and tweaking as getting to our goal weight. If you continue hang around here,you won't have a problem...
