Nothing like food poisoning to throw you off your game. I couldn't stay keto the day after - too much fat would have sent me right back to where I was. I did drink broth and powerade, but not much more. It turned into more of a fast than anything.

I hope I never get sick like that again! For those on keto - what are the options for someone recovering from stomach flu? Thanks!!

Broth or bouillon, of course! Then try peppermint tea, camomile tea, or just green tea without sugar. Nothing should have sugar and something should have sea salt to help your electrolytes.
