Yesssssss!!!!! Hauled cinder blocks, cement and trash followed by a longer but slower swim. Stayed on eating plan even though running around town.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
