Haven't logged in for 3 days. Body wanted carbs for the last three days, but I'm seriously carb loaded whole staying in maintenance calories. I don't I'll hit the 201 mark again on this down cycle.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A little slower than expected, but I think slowly pulling it off at this point while maintaining the activity level, the more likely I'll be to keep weight in Chev in future. No more'biulkng' with weight lifting. I don't think it works for people who aren't juicing.

Ah, Jimmy. That might be a challenge I could take. See if I can gain 5 pounds from a one day carb load.
