One more pound today. I am tracking the low weight of the week. Next week will likely not be the big success story of this week but that is fine. The keynote here is that weight has been consistently going down whether 1/2 pound or 2 1/2 pounds. Of note, I couldn't figure out how to adjust the beginning weight and it should have been 174 pounds so with that in mind I have lost 11 pounds since the middle of May with the 2 day low carb diet and 1 day fasting. Six weeks total.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
