ERrrrrrr....I need to be more strict with myself and what I eat. Here we go world, I need to get down to 135. Ok.. so that's only 10 lbs.. but why is it so hard to get rid of after age 42?????? I am going to follow a low fat Primal diet, and make sure I log everything I eat on this site everyday. I will loose it. I will get the graph down to the blue line!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
