I am doing this week three days of OMAD, until today, because I am going to have a little vacation this weekend since tomorrow, I still going to eat 16/8 but no counting calories
115.8 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
