Ok... This week was a bit of a challenge because I did not stick entirely with my plan. My eating was a bit off and I didn't exercise at all. I lost 2 pounds however and that's a good thing. I know I can do better at exercising... just need to "NIKE" (just do it)!!!! Sigh.. anyway, here's to a great week of staying on track and being motivated!!! YAY!!!
