Very happy that I have kept the weight loss I achieved with the liquid fast last week. Excited to do it again this week. Plan to do a "Bone Broth Fast" this time.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
