I was hoping for at least a pound, but I’ll take it. Working on accepting that weight loss is a slow progress and not get bummed about it and binge eat because if it. Slow and steady progress results to sustainable and consistent weight loss with less possibility of gaining if all back.

Been good on staying on track of my RDI this week. I go a little over during the weekend, but nothing crazy. I’m sure if I stay within my RDI during the weekend, I’d have lost more than 1 lbs. But I’d rather enjoy and not be too hard with myself for that.

Started going back to the gym too and I feel good about it. Gonna continue working on getting good food, water, exercise and sleep.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
