The birthday was last night - can't record what I had, but 2 slices of pizza (not deep dish), 1 chicken wing (most of it), and 4 beers (bud 55). Along with a shot of tequila. Still down today. WEIRD.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh also... had a smoothie today (made with non-fat yogurt) at the mall, but again I don't know how to record that... YIKES. Slippery slope indeed.

Holy crap! Again?! I'll NEVER catch up with you : ) : ) : ) You inspire me- bud or no bud... So, tequila? : ) I did raise my glass to you, such a hardship : ) Enough smiles for one "comment"? Anyway, congratulations on losing MORE weight! I'm happy about mine. It's what most people see in a week, but hell, I'll take it. Oh, and I know. My chart doesn't reflect my weight loss since I a) lied in the beginning, not knowing who had access to my info (!) and b) had an old scale that was underweighing me (like THAT'S a word) by 4 1/2 lbs. So yeah, my starting weight was 175, so I do feel better about that. And you're NOT on a slippery slope. You've come too far to let a little slip mess you up. It's a smoothie, NOT a life sentence : ) I read another's post here, part of which said, Make yourself a get back on track response card that says: "Get back on track - If I've eaten something I shouldn't, I haven't blown it. It's not the end of the world. I can start following my plan again right this minute. Just because I made a mistake doesn't mean I should keep on eating. That makes no sense. It's a million times better to stop now than to allow myself to eat more." I've printed that out and hope I read it when I eat something I didn't plan on (I say as I drink a glass of wine at 4:53pm!)

You're totally right D. It's not the end of the world, I've done pretty well today, in preparation for Saturday at the wineries... So you're completely right about being about to make the CHOICE to get back on track and not let anything be so bad, lol!! ------------- I totally think you have breached whatever barrier you were facing, and esp. since you're down 17.5lbs?! I wish you could figure out how to get that starting weight to change, because I think looking at the chart go down is so helpful and I know YOU KNOW in your mind that you have lost that much, but sometimes a graph is lke "wow! Look at the drop!". SO PROUD! :D <3
