still no weight loss. Been working out like crazy and watching what I eat and there is no way I am eating close to the amount of calories that I am burning. :/
174.6 lb Lost so far: 95.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you remembering to track your liquid calories? I used to drink fruit juice like there was no tomorrow until I learned that in 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) of Apple Juice there can be 110 calories! I used to drink over 4 cups a day, yikes!
