Ugh. I knew I hadn't been eating right for the last two weeks, and I recorded nothing. Today, I bought groceries that match the keto WOE. Let's get back in the saddle again! Swimming starts Sunday when they open the pool! (Yes, it is that warm here...)
236.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Where are you located, l'm in Fla. but the water temp.is only in the low 70's...l need atleast 83* before my toes go in the water..hahaha

I live in Texas! The temps have been in the 80s, but I know that the water temperature is going to be cooler! The water is so appealing to me that I went swimming in Colorado while it was snowing. That pool was heated. After the initial shock of this unheated pool, it will feel warm. When I lived in Alaska, a woman swam the Bering Strait. Her reasoning is my reasoning. My subcutaneous fat is there to keep me warm!
