Walked a half marathon in 4 hours today. Not too bad since there were a lot of hills on the route that I took. I am going to try to do an organized event this year, so I want to see how I improve over the next month. Last year, I could not even walk a 5k without struggling a lot and being winded, so I have made great progress and I am happy with that. Tomorrow I get to go on a hiking trip, so hopefully the scale will show results too. :)
192.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
