Mini-Goal! First time I remember being this weight since I moved back to Phoenix after my Mother died. That'll be 12 years ago in July. Have a terrific weekend my friends.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
