eliminated soda juice ice cream ate less rice no eating heavy food after 9pm no pizza 3 bottles of water and coffee no iced coffee intermediate fasting 16 hrs no chips no white bread ate more often
198.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
