Yay! I'm down 1.4 pounds this week, and I'm at my first goal!!! Yesterday I went to the gym, did 30 minutes on the elliptical, 10 on the stair machine, 40 minutes of weights, and 15 minutes of stretching. All in all, it was a good workout. I ended up going late in the day, because we were house hunting. I usually work out around 430 every day, but this time, I didn't make it until almost 7! For a little while I was thinking it would be too late, and that I would have too much energy to sleep that night, but I slept like a baby.

I hope everyone has a wonderful, stress free weekend!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How's the house hunting going? I'm sure it's frustrating b/c of the circumstance. Great job on the weight loss, you're motivating me to go to the gym!
