I'm alright, thanks - work has been extremely busy so I'm not online much except to log, hence the silence. I've also been lifting again for a couple weeks now, and more carefully. The exertion headaches are not entirely gone, which I'm not happy about, but they're not significant. And while I haven't been commenting, I have been following your updates - with some jealousy, too!
