I have 2 things in my face right now.

#1 - Inspiration in the form of a slender hula girl that wiggles every 1-2 seconds. I'm going to Hawaii in August, so this is my "goal". :)

#2 - Temptation in the form of a GODIVA chocolate bar sitting on my keyboard. I'm forcing myself to look at it every minute of every day (I type all day at work, so I see it's bright gold wrapper once every 10-15 seconds). I see it, smell it, but am forced to confront my will power to deny myself.

It's much easier to give in - eat the damn chocolate bar and not care. But, it's more satisfying to record that I've beaten back that willpower destroying beast for THREE SOLID DAYS! The smell of defeat is sweeter!

223.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
