It's nice to finally see the number on the scale going down...as previously said, I can tell that my body is changing, and I do feel it when I try pants or clothes that were a little too tight a month ago, and now fit just right or even a little loose!

I feel good overall, I will keep the spirit up and continue to do things right incorporating all the great advice found here.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wonderful..1lb down, thats great JC. You are working out too so you have added muscle and are losing the fat. Keep up the good work and keep that wonderful spirit of yours up. :)
