Granted I've been sick, but I'm still impressed with my results.

What I'm not impressed with is how sore my abs are from coughing. Consolation? I added Coughing as an exercise.
225.9 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm still not convinced coughing is an activity - you lose more calories sitting!
