I cheated big time yesterday and had burger and fries! Yep...I sure did. It was good, but dragged me down all day! I'm back on track today. I also ran 3.25 miles last night in under 40 minutes. I'm trying to increase my run and make better time. Today I'm going to try for 3.5 miles in 45 minutes. We'll see.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Good luck with the run. I had a bacon sandwich yesterday so know how the guilt gets you! Put it down to experience & carry on as you were doing before, there's no point in keep beating yourself up ( well thats what I'm doing!) :)

Just think you atleast ran 1/2 of the hamburger off. I'm with you on the running. The faster I try and go the longer its seems to take me. You foresure fill better when you get out and are able to run. Good Luck

Great performance in running. I've heard if people get in desperate situations they take the bun of the burger and eat the inside which is a pattie, cheese pickles etc maybe order 2 instead of the chips.

Who cares about the buger and fries the point is you not only ran but you got back on it! I hope you ate a couple of those fries for me because I'll be mad if you didn't. :)

the book says you can have a double burger with bacon and egg and cheese - just no sauces and ditch the bun. Guilt free fast foods!!!
