Not *totally* LCHF, but I'm more mindful of what I've been eating, and that pays off!

Hm... After recording the food I ate today, it turned out that it was 108g (54%!) fat, 108g carbohydrate, and 103g protein. Even though it was more carb-y than I'm aiming for, I was still able to maintain normal blood sugar (with my meds). Excellent!
219.5 lb Lost so far: 65.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can't come up with 103 grams of protein! It's all I can do to get to 40-60 grams and it's usually closer to 40 now that I'm trying to do without skim milk for a couple weeks. That was always good for about 10 grams of protein. Nice that you are losing already!
