Really 247.8 again, swollen again. Still not cleaned out. I'm so frustrated. Low cal with moderate carbs is not doing it. Had 3+ liters water yesterday.idk.every day I'm not sure where to go next.
245.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
