It will work. Read the book. Drink LOTS of water. Eliminate ALL sugar and most all starchy foods. Eat your salad veggies. Get over any fear of fat and experiment to find the ones you enjoy. Take a good quality multi-vitamin. Find some kind of exercise you enjoy. Keep your food diary faithfully. It will work! Blessings to you!
