thoughtful post ahead. am I the only one that loses and gains so subtly? I'm down 31lbs since mid December...i notice only subtle changes. its just barely starting to be noticeable to everybody (some very observant people noticed right away but those weren't common)....i can feel new bones when I'm waking up that i couldn't feel before...just this week my face suddenly got noticeably thinner so that made me excited. I'm more happy with pics of me now. i keep second guessing if I'm really losing...i keep asking myself if it's all just water...do any of you have this issue too, second guessing if it's real? i have so much denial about weight loss and weight gain. i feel like it'll only feel real once I've lost a drastic amount. I've also found myself fearing food and eating...i get the best wind fastest results when i eat 1200 calories...but sometimes i catch myself barely at 900 and i am a little hungry and its late in the day so i struggle with if i should eat or not....i hope food and i can be at peace with each other and friends some day
236.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
