NO change since weigh in on Thursday :-( though I have been much more active I will wait until next Saturday before weigh in so I do not get bummed out! I should be losing at least 2.5 lbs a week I am a lot more active and eating under my RDI at a safe rate not too low and not too close to the RDI. I do not want to change anything this week but will next week if there is no movement on my next weigh in.
