Forgot to change the phase I was on. On Phase III now.
Ok, so today was a steak day for me. I had a steak for dinner, and an apple for a snack. All done! Hopefully, tomorrow my weight will be back on track. :o)
234.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
