Splurged a little yesterday. Vic brought home some wonderful Naval Oranges from Sams club. Big, Juicy and oh so good. Ate two of them. Love them. Going back for 4 bags of them today. 2 for us, 2 for Ben, Keri, and Kids.

Spent hours doing stock research and back testing. Love it.
299.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
