Yeah, don't beat yourself up. You treated yourself today, and yesterday, to relieve the temptation. So get back on track .

I learned along time ago to forgive myself for stuff...once I did this I could take a day off from dieting (without guilt) and get back to it the next day.

further I am a potato-pasta-rice & bread enthusiast. Taking a day off every little while and indulging but notarising my indulgence in the food section - keeps me sane or building it in to my daily food menu
