February has been a crap month for weight loss... but a great months for physical gains in the pool. I set several swimming records in February ... my best 5k ever... my fastest hour, and my lowest swolf score ever achieved (29) ... but for the month I lost only 2 lbs ...
256.0 lb Lost so far: 206.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
