I wish this was a real weigh loss but I have been extremely sick with a stomach bug and very dehydrated. 3 out of 4 kids are down for the count too! :(

167.9 lb Lost so far: 49.1 lb. Still to go: 12.9 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 7.4 lb a week
