Well bummer - like I said, last week I got derailed from icy roads & stomach problems, and I've gained back 2 of the 3 lbs I lost. *sigh* It can be discouraging, and I did have chocolate oatmeal for breakfast, but I did not succumb to the temptation of a chocolate muffin, so there! Anyway, it's a good thing that weight loss is only one of my goals. I ran intervals last night & it felt a bit easier, so that's good. The running program is working, at least! But since I'll be running the 10K portion of the marathon relay, I'm thinking of revising the training program to include a "long run" day. So far I've been taking Saturdays off, so I may skip the Friday "hills" workout (or move it to Thursday). I still need to keep up the weightlifting 2 times weekly for sure; those are supposed to be paired with short, fast runs. I'll be lifting tonight after work; hopefully I'll have something light for dinner but the hubby is talking fried chicken, hmmmm.... This looks MUCH better!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
