Lost a little weight today. Yeah! Followed my plan pretty good yesterday. Need to get off the plateau of gaining and losing the same 1.5 lbs.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
