Stuck with the Atkins plan in spite of all my kids being here and going to their houses for graduation. It was hard but we did it. One of my daughters even tried to get me to go off Atkins and eat what her family was eating but I resisted and I've lost another 3 lbs for my efforts. WaHoo!
