Hope that's it for weight gain for now. Could do with some weight loss therapy. lol.
182.3 lb Lost so far: 101.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You don't log foods often but you have great results with your journey and your way of eating. How's that for therapy? You got this!

chesgreen. My menu is very simple. Salad or lighty steamed broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. Eggs and meat. One slice of nut&seed bread with cheese or liverwurst. Liver with lemongrass 2-3 times a week. Currently try more meat and less green as an experiment. Eat once a day usually, some periods two meals.
