Hope that's it for weight gain for now. Could do with some weight loss therapy. lol.
182.3 lb Lost so far: 101.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

chesgreen. My menu is very simple. Salad or lighty steamed broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. Eggs and meat. One slice of nut&seed bread with cheese or liverwurst. Liver with lemongrass 2-3 times a week. Currently try more meat and less green as an experiment. Eat once a day usually, some periods two meals.
