BP 103/70,temp 98.7, and got my shot, so now I'm back at work. I'll be eating today, so this loss is probably a fluke, but I'm recording it anyway! Happy Tuesday everyone.
246.5 lb Lost so far: 50.5 lb.    Still to go: 81.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
