A gain following illness (flu-like virus) was expected as I couldn’t keep to my regular gym and diet routine as well. Feeling better so hopefully I can get back on it. Thanks for your lovely likes and comments folks. Xxx
205.0 lb Lost so far: 98.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
