Ok I think I figured it out .....I increased my protein yesterday and it seems better the weakness in arms and legs and twitchy ness ...cross your fingers ..👍
152.3 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
