Weighted in at doctors office, I'm down 16 lbs in from their last record!..KETO WORKS!who'd a thunk, you lose fat by eating FAT?! ignore weight time line..I'm only gonna watch my psychical weight every few months..Scales appear to be different at docs and at my gym...So I'm only stay with the doctors scale,, to remain consistent. gonna go by more my body fat percentage than anything.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
