abdomen still feeling good, yay! doing great on keeping my sodium super low, but need to watch the fats. that 1 pat of butter fkd that up today. easy to correct ✔
176.2 lb Lost so far: 21.7 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm in the low fat category, too. I try to keep it around 20% of my daily calories. I also know that someday are just going to be more difficult than others, which is where the weekly average comes in handy. I try to balance daily as much as I can but as long as my weekly average is balanced then it's all good.
