How to loose 6.5lb in 1 week the not recommended way.

Get a chest infection, spend three days in bed, mainly sweating, drinking water, tea and one bowl of soup, follow this by two days of feeling a little better but still having no appetite and eating yogurt, soup and a side portion of curry.
God I still feel awful. I know as soon as I start to eat and drink properly I’ll gain most of it back.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.5 lb a week
