Fasting Day #25
very good ketosis this morning at 80mg/dL
Happy Valentine's day everyone!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.8 lb a week

Beats50 I don't eat food! Just some watery broth here and there and an electrolytes drink to replenish my electrolytes during the fast.

I am stuck. No weight loss for 3 weeks. Has anyone ever used 1 cup hamburger and 2 tablespoons of butter for 3 days? Does it work? I need help!

Sherri Marshall, I was stuck too. I did do the hamburger, butter thing and dropped 3 lbs in a couple days. Unfortunately the weight did not budge from there for three weeks. I just upped my protein by +/- 20 grams and lowered my fat approx. 10 grams to keep calories the same. So far it is working. I've dropped over 1&1/2 lbs in a few days.
